Shipping Policy
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Fast express or Economydepending on your shipping choose and fastest available service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-7 business day( Fast Express) or Economy usually take 7-15 business day to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
Returns Policy
Not quite what you thought it would be? We can help with that. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment for a full refund. Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to receive a refund. Items returned in their original, unworn condition after 30 days are only eligible for HOTSUIT credit. Items not sent back in their original, unworn state or more than 30 days are not eligible for full refund.
Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed.
