If you’d like expedited shipping, we have different options available. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time:Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse team process the orders, which takes an additional 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday direct from our warehouse.

 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Fast express or Economydepending on your shipping choose and fastest available service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-7 business day( Fast Express) or Economy usually take 7-15 business day to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Order Status:

To check on the status of your order, email us service@hotsuit.com. Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of final purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

About Tariff:

Tariffs in other countries/regions other than the United States are probabilistic events that may occur. This tariff is charged by the government and customs of your country. HOTSUIT cannot control whether it will occur, so when your package is required to charge a tax rate by customs, this fee will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing an order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, etc.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the item is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, We will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
